Belleville Interior Room Repaint With Drywall Repair and Careful Home Protection

This Belleville interior room repaint was completed by Paramount Painting Services LLC inside a residential lake home in Belleville, MI. The two-day project covered the master bedroom, cigar room, ceilings, and two smaller wall areas located elsewhere in the home.

Before painting began, the team completed drywall repairs and carefully covered the floors, furniture, and nearby surfaces. Protecting the home was a major part of the project because the homeowner wanted the work completed with care and respect for the property.

The interior painting service used Sherwin-Williams Emerald Interior Acrylic Latex and Sherwin-Williams CHB Interior Latex. The project notes did not identify which product was applied to each surface.

The homeowner was referred to Paramount Painting Services LLC after seeing the work completed at his son’s home. He was especially impressed by how the team protected the property and provided a clear estimate that explained the work before the project started.

For this lake home, professionalism and careful preparation were the homeowner’s main concerns. The organized setup and extensive coverings helped him feel comfortable before painting began in the master bedroom and cigar room.

The master bedroom and cigar room received fresh wall and ceiling finishes, while the two additional wall areas were updated to match the needs of the home. Drywall repairs created smoother surfaces before the final coatings were applied.

The careful preparation kept the surrounding property protected throughout the two-day project. The homeowner received the professional process and respect for his home that had led him to contact Paramount Painting Services LLC through the referral.

The project cost was approximately $3,500, including painting, drywall repair, ceiling work, preparation, coverings, and cleanup.
